Adolp Hitler’s Phone Used to Order the Death of Many Auctions for $500,000

History will never forget notorious dictator, Adolf Hitler, even the likes of Late General Sanni Abacha, takes a bow at the mention of Hitler. Known for his inhumane attitude and strong hatred for the Jews, Hitler  had  numerous deadly instruments employed  in executing his wicked acts, amongst them is his personal red phone used in ordering the death of millions. It is said that Hitler never separated from his red phone, and the device moves everywhere with him.

Among the last calls he made on the phone, now sold for $500,000(N25.5m), was one in which he ordered the execution of his brother-in-law, General Hermann Fegelein, for treason, and the second to burn his apartment,  shortly after he committed suicide with his  wife, Eva Braun.

Tagged “Virtually unequaled in historical importance”, the phone is currently owned by Ranulf Rayner, who originally inherited the vintage from his father – Brigadier Sir Ralph Rayner. Brigadier Rayner, a British, recovered the deadly phone manufactured by Siemens from the Fuhrer’s British bunker which was later gifted to him by his Russian counterparts.

Rayner, who has also confirmed the telephone’s authenticity with Hitler’s switchboard operator- Rochus Misch, hopes for the ultimate owner to preserve the piece primly while also passing down the associated bygones for the generation to come.

If Hitler’s phone costs a whooping N25.5million, how much do you think Late Abacha’s phone would cost?
